New Orleans BBQ Shrimp
1 pound raw shrimp with shell and tail on
1 stick butter (melted)
1 teaspoon rosemary
1 clove of garlic (chopped)
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tablespoon hot sauce
1/2 lemon juiced
1 lemon thinly sliced
Preheat oven at 400
In a bowl mix all ingredients except lemons and shrimp.
In baking dish layer shrimp and heavily season with pepper. Use 2 baking dishes if needed.
Pour mix over shrimp and then layer lemon slices on top. Season with salt and cajun seasoning.
Cook in oven for 15 minutes
Serve with hot French bread.
